Where do you get your protein?
I imagine that plant eaters are asked about where they get their protein more than any other question. The good news is that I have heard multiple times that doctors do not see many, if any, cases of protein deficiency in plant eaters.
Why? Because plants offer plenty of protein as do beans, tempe, tofu, quinoa, peas, etc.
If you eat a variety of fruits and vegetables as opposed to processed food you should do fine in the area of protein. To ensure good protein content add some legumes to your daily diet and a limited number of nuts/seeds. That should do it.
In any case… not to worry. We think of meat as the only source of protein that'll make us strong. Not so. Just think of the animals that eat only plants. They are healthy and strong on plants and you will be too.
