Processed food (10): Shopping List
I've put together this shopping list and have geared it to the categories on Dr. Greger's Daily Dozen food app. (You can read about the app here or go to Dr. Michael Greger's website and look into it there.)
I always shop from a list. It keeps me on track so I don't go looking for processed food that I'll regret later. With this list, I put a space before each item to mark the ones you want to purchase, and I have put two empty spaces in each category, to write in other food items you may want to purchase.
Feel free to modify this list in any way you want. I just thought this would give you a start. Below are pictures of Dr. Greger's Daily Dozen app for reference. You can easily use the list without the app. Either way, I hope it will be helpful
