Oh Yum: Green Superfood Smoothie
This simple recipe will get you all the goodness you need to kick off your day. The ingredients can be bought ahead of time and kept in the freezer, pantry, and fridge for quick and easy prep. this makes enough for 2 pints of smoothie. That's one for you and someone you love, or one for now and another for later in the day, just cover and keep in the fridge.
- 1 cup frozen loose spinach
- 1/2 cup frozen broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup gluten-free oats
- 3 cups water
- 1 banana
- stevia drops or sweetener to taste
Toss these into your blender of choice (I love my Vitamix) and process until smooth. Enjoy!
