Part 3: Transition to a vegan diet by time

Transitioning to eating vegan by time is an easy way to jump in then jump back out before all the changes freak you out. Many people, for example, implement Meatless Mondays.  With this strategy, if they crave the animal products on Mondays, it's only a day until they can have them again.

If you want to use this method, try starting by going vegan on Mondays for a month. The next month, choose two days per week to go without animal products. Then three days the next month and so on.  It'll take seven months to accomplish this transition, but it just might be a transition you can stick with, And remember that you're increasingly helping your health at every stage.

This method is usually a gentle way to make the change from consuming animal products to eliminating them altogether. With this, your body (or maybe your mind) will become used to expecting and hopefully enjoying vegan days.
